Virtal Earth Day

For 50 years, Earth Day has been about coming together to show our care for the environment, our planet, this home we all share. Let's keep up that spirit this Earth Day, each from our own homes. Here are three things you can do.

#1: Work together for global warming solutions

With our leaders in Washington, D.C., moving in the wrong direction on global warming, we have to do all we can, and use every lever we can, to reduce the pollution that’s accelerating climate change. Fossil fuel divestment is one such lever, and a powerful one. You can join the movement of people around the world divesting from fossil fuels. Together, we can make a real impact on climate change.

Bill McKibben discussed how divestment from fossil fuels was making an impact on those companies:

Join the movement of people around the world divesting from fossil fuels. Together we can have a real impact on climate change.

While our health, essential needs and loved ones are top of mind this Earth Day, parents are also grappling with long stretches of boredom for our kids. To help, we’ve compiled a list of 50 fun things your kids can do to learn about the planet and how to protect it.

We’ve started our Greener Together program to share the values of Earth Day every day. Join us for educational seminars for kids and adults. From Nature in the Neighborhood bingo cards to our weekly online Conservation Conversation, our Greener Together program is a way to build community around the environmental values we all share.
